We offer a variety of flowers, gifts, and delivery services. Our products and services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue them at any time.

Ordering and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to pay the full price for the products and services, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

GiftGarden has the right to unilaterally cancel an order and refund the full order fee to the Buyer if, due to circumstances beyond our control, the order cannot be fulfilled. (For example, the ordered product is unavailable for more than 30 days or is out of season)

Shipping and Delivery

We provide delivery services within Latvia. We will make every effort to deliver your order on the date and time specified, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times or dates. If the recipient is unavailable or unable to accept the delivery, we will attempt to contact them to arrange a new delivery time. If the recipient is still unavailable or unable to accept the delivery, the order may be returned to us and subject to additional fees.

Returns and Refunds

Cut flowers, flower bouquets, flower arrangements and houseplants are excluded from the right of return. (Cabinet Regulation No 255, Art. 22.4). However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will work with you to resolve any issues.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, are owned or licensed by GiftGarden and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or display any content without our express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

GiftGarden is not liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use our website or services. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information on our website and are not responsible for any errors or omissions.
